"Romney Endorsement Doesn't Mean Anything" - says Rand Paul

Sen. Rand Paul on a radio interview June 12, 2012 with host Kurt Wallace told listeners that his endorsement of Mitt Romney for President doesn't mean anything - in terms of what his political philosophy is - and the things he supports.

The Federal Reserve - 100 Years Of EVIL

Minister Louis Farrakhan quotes Ron Paul - discusses the Federal Reserve and it's worsening evil influence over society during its' 100 years of existence.

It's so important to get our message to mainstream America and beyond. Only through an educated understanding of what the Federal Reserve is doing behind the scenes, can this evil institution be rooted out of existence, and be replaced by our own governments control of the monetary system.

I Am Amanda Todd

There is hope and help.

Too bad Amanda didn't feel close enough to someone - anyone - who she could draw strength from. Without some kind of support - what's to make life seem worth living? Parents - keep in mind - kids feelings are valid - do not discount them in any way. This tragedy needn't have happened. Taking ones life over being bullied is the ultimate defeat - which gives empowerment over to the bully. Emotional support that is stronger than the effects applied by the bullies is critical to defeat the negative effects. A parent is ultimately responsible for the type of self esteem a kid has - and if a parent or a parent to be is not willing to accept that responsibility - they have no business having kids in the first place.

Amanda is dead.. Tragic and sad. She won't see this page. But many "Amanda's" out there will. I only hope that those who feel like she did - and are contemplating the same fate - STOP - and realize - RIGHT NOW - that there is hope and help. Life is not a popularity contest - no matter how much pressure you feel to go along with others in order to gain acceptance. It is not the path to take. It is not necessary. You needn't engage the bullies or their cheerleaders. You may feel lonely. You may feel hopeless. You may feel unworthy. But these are temporary feelings which will pass as long as you seek out better solutions and see the evildoers in their proper light. They aren't the ones to please. Drugs and alcohol only offer temporary relief but will serve only to catapult you into further despair as their effects don't hold up over time. Behavior modification therapy is available and works! There are methods you can learn and employ (such as the triangle of change) which will permanently empower you to overcome the negative feelings and relieve you of the pain. Yes it's hard - but it's worth it.

But you have to take some right steps - and it means coming clean with someone about what is happening - in a setting that offers you real time results. Although a video sent to the world may seem to offer sympathy to your plight, it also opens the doors to haters and trolls, who not unlike bullies, find a distorted pleasure in your pain - and have the benefit of anonymity to keep your negative feelings alive through their feedback. It is not the recommended course of action. Rather, through school Guidance counselors, a trusted teacher, or a call to a suicide hotline can direct you to people who really care - and who can start you on a road of positive benefits. It's your life - your walk - and you must make the effort to start the process. but it will be the best action you ever took - because from there it gets easier.

The one thing that prevented me from following through when feelings of suicide weighed heavy on my mind - was the act of thinking it through a bit further. When I did that, I realized that I needed to stick around so I could know what tomorrow might bring, and there was no way for me to ever know if I took that final way out.

There are people who actually and really do care! Kind helpful people are out there - just as there are bullies, and these caring people can back it up with a plan of action for your life. Give them a chance - and give yourself a chance. Don't fight the impossible fight. You can't win by yourself - you probably know that. And you can defeat the evil of the bully when you have a toolbox of resources. You deserve that much.

Amanda is dead. I only wish she had someone to help her. Someone she trusted and believed in enough. But, her life hasn't been in vain. It has re-raised awareness, and perhaps helped someone from falling victim to her fate. Maybe you.

If you are in a situation - feeling like Amanda did, do not take that final - irreversible - permanent step. Just hang in there a bit longer. Ponder this thought for awhile.

You were put here on Earth - in this lifetime - for a very valuable purpose. This is not about God, Jesus or any religion. It is about reality - and spiritual fact. Who you are on the inside is the spirit. Your body is it's housing, it's shell. There are no two spirits alike - you are like a snowflake - or a butterfly - each uniquely beautiful - yet you are also human - sharing the same basic ingredients - yet each of us has our own unique recipe of ingredients - varying degrees. We are meant to be ourselves - proud - happy and strong in our own uniqueness. This is not an accident. Just because you may not understand what your purpose is yet, doesn't mean there is none - or that you wont find it.

You just need help in searching - and blocking out any negative roadblocks along the way. Bullies are the saddest lot because they are the one's who despite their cheerleaders, are lost the most. They need fans in order to act out - and avoid doing for themselves the hard work. It's easier to cut someone else down than it is to build oneself up. So you have to leave them in the rearview - by what ever means possible. You can't be worried about what they think or are doing. It's their problem. And they've tried to make their problem, your problem. You can choose. I think you know what good that choice has been.

So now it's time to give yourself a break and make the other choice. The wise choice. The choice that will lead to your triumph - in becoming the great person you are - to yourself!

Seek out the help. It's there for the asking. I'm happy to hear of your progress and results along the way. Maybe I can toss an idea your way that's appropriate to your circumstance. Feel free to write me.

Pro-life Hypocrite, Lawyer of the People Segment | Breaking The Set #28

During the Heroes and Villians segment of Breaking The Set #28, Abby Martin highlights DC attorney, Jeffrey Light, for representing hundreds of Occupy DC protestors who are facing charges for practicing their first amendment rights. Abby then calls out Representative Scott DesJarlais of Tennessee for being a pro-life hypocrite and forcing his mistress to get an abortion.

Biden's "Laugh Off"

I guess you can say VP Joe Biden used all available minutes, even if they weren't his own during the "debate" Thursday night against Republican candidate Paul Ryan. When Ryan spoke, Biden laughed, grimaced, chuckled or rolled his eyes - and the camera picked up on every gesture.
Biden, the seasoned performer with decades of politicking and as some might say, "with a few screws loose" did get serious, when it was his turn to speak. The problem, though, is whether he was believable.

Rich, worried and buying ad time

 Misdirected Propaganda

Interactive Brokers CEO - Thomas Peterffy

Billionaire Thomas Peterffy is spending millions on television ads this election season with one cautionary message: Avoid socialism.
"As a young boy, I was fantasizing about one day going to America, making a success of myself. The Americ an Dream," he says.
Peterffy left his country and moved to New York in 1965, where-without knowing English–he got a computer programming job on Wall Street. He later purchased his own seat on the American Stock Exchange in 1977 and, fast forward a few years, found himself the creator of Interactive Brokers, one of the first electronic trading firms.
Forbes Magazine now estimates Peterffy, 68, has a net worth of $4.6 billion.

Commentary by Mac Ambo
10/11/12

Peterffy is a billionaire, whose standard of living for the past 40 of his 68 years hasn't come close to that of average people much less those near, on or under the poverty level. He is out of touch with the reality that too many people face in America today. His best recollections of his meager days in Hungary don't factor in the modern day realities - where, at that time - America WAS a true beacon of hope and opportunity. The "dream" could ignite a determined motivation to succeed. And success was possible, many times - by just "showing up" and maintaining discipline - the "sticktoitiveness of persistence" paid off. And that's where he loses me.

Present day America is a stripped down, bare shelved, debt ridden and rusting warehouse of outsourced production which no longer closely resembles a place where the atmosphere beckons opportunists and the common man - willing to work hard, offering a healthy vibrant growing economy, rewarding wealth for the effort - unless - they have capital or access to capital. Try and borrow from a bank these days. At rates as low as 1%, the only people banks are interested in are those entities, be it people or companies who don't need to borrow, but prefer to use OPM (other peoples money) to finance their ventures. The incentive to lend Average Joe just isn't there - banks won't take the risk.

There is no shortage of people in America wanting to better themselves. The $1 trillion dollar student debt proves it. But defaults on student loans prove also - that there aren't enough job opportunities to match the demand. With the Fed printing money at an insane rate, seeking to forestall the inevitable financial collapse, buying power is being reduced greatly, forcing people to adopt a lower standard of living as each day passes.

So, here is a situation in which people are having forced upon them, conditions - where it will soon come down to the basic survivability of a people - a bleak way of life, but food shelter and clothing are most important and necessary, by whatever means.

And that, Mr. Peterffy is the new, soon to be faced reality of America. Your ads might be better aimed at Congress, Ben Bernanke and the Fed, and even your own candidate - Mr. Romney, the right half of the unimocracy - as well as Obama, the left half. Aim it at the globalists, the corporatists, your Wall Street friends and the warmongers. Leave the average American alone, unless you have some definite solutions to share - solutions that work. So far, your message is pure propaganda, by someone who has turned - long ago from that hopeful little boy in Hungary into one of the elitists, wanting for nothing, and whose message does not apply. Had you not succeeded in America, during a time of robust economic growth - you might have a different understanding today. Even then, the odds only favor a few. The game is rigged that way.

Restaurant Owner Has Mitt Romney Backing Up To Avoid Fierce Facial Wipe ...

Mitt Romney attacked by restaurant owner whose
weapon of choice was paper napkins!

"Question Everything!"

In a campaign stop on Sunday October 7, 2012 in Port St Lucie, Florida, the Republican nominee and wife Ann stopped by the Tin Fish Restaurant for some seafood and allow a photo op.

During the photo op, owner Joseph Melluso gave Romney's face a vigorous wipe down with some napkins. You can count out 9 swipes the first time around. Romney laughed hesitantly before leaning back out of the chef's reach, saying: 'Thank you, thank you... you're next. It's a little rainy out there.'

After the first couple of pictures were taken, Mr Melluso took another look at the candidate and reached again to remove something from the corner of his lip, to which a startled Romney exclaimed: 'I got it!"

Romney looked a bit uncomfortable during the situation before jetting on to Virginia the next day. Security for Romney didn't find it necessary to intervene.

Melluso must have had a very doting mother. He should never try this on a cop. Iat would be 9 counts of assault if he's lucky. Bullets if not.

ALEX JONES IS CRAZY!!! BUT HE'S THE REAL THING

Award winning journalist and former CNN correspondent Amber Lyon and Joe Rogan, comedian, television host, and star of the Joe Rogan Experience agree. Controversial film maker, founder of Infowars and Prison Planet, Infowars Nightly News host Alex Jones is the genuine article. He's dedicated, willing to stick his neck out and say things the mainstream media keeps quiet about. He's definitely not fake. Nor does he work for the CIA. "Yes he's crazy, but in a good way!" says Rogan. "He is intense and fun to be with. He's a good friend and I love him." Amber Lyon was a guest on the Joe Rogan Experience October 4, 2012 and discussed the subject of Alex Jones during the shows opening minutes.

This is What's Wrong w/ Wall Street

Curious why legendary hedge fund managers are shutting down shops left and right in disgust with the mockery that central planning and algorithmic short-termism had made of equity markets? Don't be: his name is Julian Marchese, he runs a "macro fund"... and he is 16 and - he says he's been trading since the age of 11!

Someone who has never even seen half of a business cycle starts running your money, and, probably worse, starts making money, which leads them to believe they know what they are doing, and then gets gullible LPs to allocate capital to them based on a 3 month track record, when in reality the entire market is one merely primed for outperformance courtesy of central planner puts and priced to Bernie Madoff ponzi perfection, targeting a specific investor type.

This is what's wrong with Wall Street - and mainstream media outlets who give credibility to the notion that on Wall Street - even a kid can manage your money!

BREAKING THE SET w/Abby Martin - Episode 17

BREAKING THE SET Episode 17

Julian Assange addresses the UN on human rights

FROM RT
WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has called on the United States to move from words to actions, and put an end to its persecution of WikiLeaks, its people and its sources. He made the statement during an address to a panel of UN delegates.

Addressing the representatives of the United Nations' member countries, the WikiLeaks founder spoke of the difference between words and actions, praising US President Barack Obama for his words.

"We commend and agree with the words that peace can be achieved… But the time for words has run out. It is time for the US to cease its persecution of WikiLeaks, our people and our sources."

Assange was highly critical of US involvement in the Arab Spring, denouncing Obama as audacious for exploiting it. He added that it is "disrespectful of the dead" to claim that the US has supported forces of change.

"Was it not audacious for the US President to say that his country supported the forces of change in the Arab Spring? Tunisian history did not begin in December 2010, and Mohamed Bouazizi did not set himself on fire so that Barack Obama could be re-elected," Assange told the panel.
"The world knew after reading WikiLeaks that Ben Ali and his government had for long years enjoyed the indifference, if not the support, of the US, in full knowledge of its excesses and its crimes. So it must come as a surprise to the Tunisians that the US supported the forces of change in their country, and it must come as a surprise to the Egyptian teenagers who washed American tear gas out of their eyes, that the US administration supported change in Egypt"

Julian Assange also spoke at length about Bradley Manning, the US private accused of supplying WikiLeaks with hundreds of sensitive diplomatic and military cables. Assange accused the US government of detaining Manning without charge and mistreating him, even attempting to offer him a deal in exchange for Manning's testimony against Assange. The WikiLeaks founder told the UN panel that Bradley Manning, accused of 'death penalty crimes', was "degraded, abused and psychologically tortured."

He added that the FBI had produced 42,135 pages of WikiLeaks-related activity, and less that 8,000 concern Bradley Manning, reiterating his belief that the US private is being senselessly detained.
Julian Assange made his address from the Ecuadorian Embassy in London, where he took shelter in June after losing a court battle to avoid extradition to Sweden. The WikiLeaks founder fears that Sweden, which wants him for questioning over allegations of sexual assault, will extradite him to the US for his role in leaking thousands of secret diplomatic and military cables.
The British Foreign Office maintains that it has a binding obligation to arrest Assange once he leaves the embassy grounds. Ecuador’s Foreign Minister Ricardo Patino, meanwhile, said that allowing Assange to be transferred to the country’s embassy in Sweden would be an acceptable compromise for all parties involved, as he would “remain under our protection while also satisfying the demands of the Swedish justice system.”

The Ecuador FM also said that Assange's right to freedom must be respected.
"I don’t know any case in history where diplomatic asylum did not end in freedom for the person. I hope this will not be an exception in history. Every country must respect the right of the country granting asylum and the person who was granted it."

Julian Assange told journalists present at the UN GA panel that "both the UK and Sweden have refused to offer guarantees" that he would not be extradited to the US, where both he and WikiLeaks have been declared 'enemies of the state' by the milatary, putting them in the same legal category as Al-Qaeda and the Taliban.
The UK and Sweden have remained silent on the possibility of a compromise, though both publicly vowed that Assange should not face special treatment, whether better or worse than normal, under their legal systems.

Explaining The Hypocrisy of the USA Regarding the MEK.

BREAKING THE SET w ABBY MARTIN

This is one of the best segments that I have seen yet on this show - or any other for that matter - regarding EXPLAINING THE HYPOCRISY concerning MEK.

The People's Mujahedin of Iran or the Mujahadeen-e-Khalq (MEK, also PMOIMKO) is a militant revolutionary Iranian organization that was one of the leading participants of the 1979 Revolution that overthrew the Pahlavi Shah. It is now an opposition movement in exile, that advocates the overthrow of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

CanadaIraq and Iran designate the MEK as a terrorist organizationThe European Union and the United States formerly listed the MEK as a terrorist organization, but this designation has since been lifted, first by the Council of the European Union in 26 January 2009 (following what the group called a “seven-year-long legal and political battle”), then by a decision by U.S. Secretary of State Hilary Clinton on 21 September 2012.

Obama Can't Fill Stadium, Opts For Arena

Obama handlers downsizing the venue where he will give his acceptance speech - from the 74,000 seat Bank of America Stadium to the Time Warner Arena with little over 20,000 seats because they are afraid of empty seats being shown across of America.

As Adam Kokesh reports, it's bad for the imagery - because as everyone knows - this is a show and imagery is everything... And he is right... Just a show... from a tired looking worn down grey hair headed actor and puppet who has been used like a rag doll by his masters... It's amazing the toll that it takes after just 4 years - some things just cannot be hidden. Price paid for selling out. Price paid for delivering zero - on promises made in 2008.

Obama (and I'll make this prediction here and now) is not going to be the PR puppet for the Global Corporatists come November. His time is over;. I believe he knows it - and as he fades into the historical hallway of Presidents past, he'll put up a fight - but in the end - it will be a fresher pair of faces, new PR puppets - preaching the same corporate agenda.

Romney will likely take 320 or more EC votes - easily 100 more than Obama will win... But in the end - it doesn't really matter... The bureaucrats will deliver more oppression and more restrictive freedoms - to America - as planned.

And we can thank the 635 puppets of Congress for that. The entire system needs to be revamped - and replaced with people who if nothing else, can deliver on - telling the truth.

The era of cheap food may be over | The Raw Story

The era of cheap food may be over | The Raw Story

The last decade saw the end of cheap oil, the magic growth ingredient for the global economy after the second world war. This summer’s increase in maize, wheat and soya bean prices – the third spike in the past five years – suggests the era of cheap food is also over.
Price increases in both oil and food provide textbook examples of market forces. Rapid expansion in the big emerging markets, especially China, has led to an increase in demand at a time when there have been supply constraints. For crude, these have included the war in Iraq, the embargo imposed on Iran, and the fact that some of the older fields are starting to run dry before new sources of crude are opened up.
The same demand dynamics affect food. It is not just that the world’s population is rising by 1% a year. Nor is it simply that China has been growing at 9% a year on average; it is that consumers in the big developing countries have developed an appetite for higher protein western diets. Meat consumption is rising in China, India and Brazil, and since it takes 7kg of grain to produce 1kg of beef (and 4kg to produce 1kg of pork), this is adding to global demand.
Farmers have been getting more efficient, increasing the yields of land under production, but this has been offset by two negative factors: policies in the US and the EU that divert large amounts of corn for biofuels and poor harvests caused by the weather.
If the World Bank’s projections are anything like accurate, further massive productivity gains from agriculture are going to be needed over the next two decades. There will be an extra 70m mouths to feed every year, which will result in a 50% increase in demand for food by 2030. Meanwhile, the amount of arable land per person will continue its long-run downward trend.
The extent of this challenge has been highlighted by the extreme drought in the US this year. Failure of the maize harvest – down by more than 100m tonnes on what was expected – has had a knock-on impact on wheat, which has not been affected by the lack of rain. Prices of both crops have jumped by $100 a tonne this summer. The latest data from the World Bank showed that food prices rose 10% between June and July and have now exceeded the previous peak in early 2011.
It will take time for these increases to have their full impact on consumers. In the short run, the cost of meat will not be affected because there is glut caused by livestock owners slaughtering their herds in order to save money on expensive feed. But by the end of the year, food will be dearer.
Central banks are unlikely to tighten policy in response to higher inflation, since the increase is seen as an external shock that will have a depressing effect on the spending power of consumers. They should not, however, assume that the spike will be a one-off, since grain stocks are at such low levels that bad harvests in 2013 would see rocketing prices, probably accompanied by panic-buying, export bans and food riots.
A recent report from Oxfam said the US should expect further severe droughts in the coming decades. “The US experienced $14bn-dollar disasters in 2011 – an historical record – including a blizzard, tornadoes, floods, a hurricane, a tropical storm, drought and heatwaves, and wildfires.” The current year has already seen wildfires, a windstorm, heatwaves in much of the country and the most severe drought in half a century.
This seems to be an apt moment for the west to reassess the wisdom of biofuels. The US ethanol distilleries used 120m tonnes of maize in 2011 and there have already been calls from the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organisation for the reduced maize crop to be used for human food. There is also growing political opposition in the US to the country’s Renewable Fuel Standard, which mandates 15.2bn gallons of biofuels for 2012, of which 13.4bn gallons can come from corn-based ethanol. Unsurprisingly, livestock and poultry producers have been at the forefront of calls for the mandate to be suspended.
The whole point about biofuels was that they were supposed to be a cost-free and a pain-free way for developed nations to show that they were responding to climate change. Rising crop yields meant there would be enough grain left over each year to turn into ethanol, and this would mean western consumers could do their bit to save the planet without in any way compromising their living patterns. That now looks like a highly questionable assumption.
So what happens next? A lasting solution to the food question will require either action on the demand side, action on the supply, or more likely both. The two obvious ways of limiting demand are to check population growth or to change dietary habits so that meat consumption is reduced. Neither is going to be easy to achieve.
On the supply side, the short-term response should be to find alternatives to biofuels. Longer term, the hope is that the pressures of a rising population coupled with the incentives provided by rising food prices lead to a second green revolution that will dramatically increase yields in those parts of the world – such as sub-Saharan Africa – where they are currently low. One of the few beneficial impacts of high commodity prices is that farmers will be able to afford to buy fertilisers for their land.
A recent study by Fidelity looked at some of the other recent developments to boost food supply, including precision agriculture – the use of high technology to apply the optimum amounts of seed, water and fertiliser for maximum efficiency – and a wider use of biotechnology and GM crops. The report also highlighted what is known as “fast food” from animal cells, a process by which scientists “create artificial meat by delivering an electric charge to the animal muscle cells in a mixture of amino acids, which causes the cells to multiply”.
Given the predicted growth in consumption in developing countries, Fidelity says this could become an “environmentally acceptable option” as traditional meat becomes more expensive. Whether this approach is “environmentally acceptable” remains to be seen. The Fidelity report does, however, clarify one point, namely that hard choices have to be made.
The current assumption seems to be that the world can have a rising population, ever-higher per capita meat consumption, devote less land to food production to help hit climate change targets and eschew the advances in science that might increase yields. This is the stuff of fantasy. It is possible to have more intensive farming using the full range of technological breakthroughs in order to feed a bigger, meat-hungry population. Or it is possible to have lower yields from a more organic approach to feed a smaller population eating less meat. But not both.

To Your Health!

Obama Did Not Change Washington

Washington Post - Obama Did Not Change Washington
But Washington Changed Him

By Mac Ambo , Ambolonium
Sunday, September 2, 2012 4:01 EDT

Why do I even bother to read this contrived political soap opera trash - when I know it is just content for the diversion of the intellectually minded - as the globalist masters work their evil deeds upon society as a whole, no matter the identification of Democrat, Republican, Libertarian, or any other alignment one may choose.

Seeking to assign blame - this entire dysfunctional family commonly known to us as "The Congress" does nothing more nowadays than justify their own
necessity for existence by pointing fingers, while we the public at large get sucked in - and actually try and follow along - deciphering for clues as to who really has it right - or wrong.

And here I am - in the thick of it, knowing that this rhetoric says nothing to the actual problem and that those in power are virtually immune from - the effect - it has on the people - for the common good - the common life - the common experience.

The effect is the issue here - the effect is the focus - and the effect - regardless who on one technicality of facts may be responsible for this - and who may be technically responsible for that - means absolutely nothing when the EFFECT is seen clearly in the bigger picture - and where it's origin is.

The effect, naturally stems from the cause. OK. The cause could not have had the resulting effect - had it not been matched with a coercive group of people - namely Congress - that would sell the "cause" to us. And the common man has been sold debt slavery, carefully packaged and gift wrapped as the furtherance of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness - the contents are nothing more than lies, plain and simple.

The origin stems from HOW the common man's MONEY was kept by bankers on his behalf and the subsequent misuse of that money. The inception, in 1913 of the Federal Reserve and the Internal Revenue Service, the system of fractional reserve banking (which allowed the creation of money from thin air) has brought us to where we are today. This misuse of the common man and woman's hard earned work (bartering labor for a medium of exchange enable the acquiring of goods and services) has made the globalist elite what they are today. The most powerful and the most influential now own Congress.

Congress, the people that the common man entrusted initially with the perpetuation of the common interest (the American Dream) sold out to self interest. Congress, who have forsaken their responsibility to the common good and slowly but continually traded it for their own good. Congress wants to point fingers at each other and assign blame. The common man can look at Congress in it's entirety and not get caught up in the minutiae - and clearly point the collective finger at them as the people who have perpetuated a system of self interest, and to this day - with little regard or care what the common man truly thinks.

The Globalists are too powerful, the Military Industrial Complex too determined, and the Banksters too savvy to let Congress change things now. The price Congress pays for their heinousness comes in the form of having to live the lie they sell the people they are elected to represent. They are shells of men, bearing little resemblance to true Statesmen and Patriots who once held the public in high regard. Who once held themselves to their oaths. Now, Congress pledges their true allegiance to those who line their pockets with the security of their personal tomorrows - to those who continue to rape and pillage the public coffers and undermine a reasonable standard of living for all. Failure to do so would put these scandalous miscreants of public trust at risk of exposure, and an eternal historical obituary of shame. They know this - and thus at all costs seek to divert blame, and public scrutiny from themselves as either evildoers or one that would associate with such. As they continually and openly do evil and associate with such! They live the lie they sell.

So why do I continually bother to follow this soap opera? I guess it comes down to one reason. Social responsibility. I'm aware of what many are not aware of and I sense a need to do what those in Congress won't do - tell the truth to a group of disbelieving (for the most part) sleepwalkers, keeping abreast of the facts, the players, and the current state of our common affairs. Some, I hope will awaken to what is really going on, and may be influential to others who would appreciate the same wake up call. It is the least I can do. Minding my own business has become a health hazard these days. It only allows the forces of evil - to win. And if not for good - evil wouldn't have a place in the conversation.

No Obama didn't change Washington. But Washington surely changed him.

TSA Treats You Like A Criminal - Jesse Ventura

Jesse Ventura raises his fist to US government! Supreme Court refuses to hear his case in open court against the TSA stating it's not their jurisdiction.

On November 4, 2011, one day after Jesse Ventura lost his legal challenge to airport pat-downs and full-body scans, the former Minnesota governor declared that he will "never fly commercial again"

Ventura made his comments outside the federal courthouse in St. Paul, where in January 2011 he sued to challenge the Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) airport security procedures. The suit was thrown out because Congress set up the law so that all such challenges must be brought directly to the Circuit Courts of Appeals, wrote U.S. District Judge Susan Richard Nelson.

After getting a titanium implant in his hip in 2008, Ventura's suit said, he started lighting up airport magnetometers. At first, screeners waved a magnetic hand wand over him and sent him through. But in 2010, the TSA's enhanced screening procedures meant he had to go through invasive full-body scans or pat-downs, the suit added.

The scans reveal too much and the pat-downs require a security officer to grope his body, "including private and sensitive areas," the suit read.

"I will never fly commercially again," Ventura said to reporters Friday, adding that he hasn't flown since he was searched at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport nearly 2 years ago.

He complained that the federal courts are denying his constitutional rights.

"I want a trial by jury. They tell me I can't have a jury decide my fate!" Ventura said. "If given a jury, I will win."

He questioned whether he could trust a panel of three government-paid appeals court judges. But he left open the door, noting that he hadn't conferred with his attorneys yet.

Ventura contended that the TSA's procedures treat passengers as guilty until proven innocent. "I will not, in a free country, be treated like a criminal," he said.

Ventura added that he and his wife, Terry, intend to apply for Mexican citizenship and become dual citizens. The two have spent long stretches of time living in Mexico since he left office.

Ventura said maybe the only way to change the rules at TSA is to become president.

Asked whether he was planning to run, Ventura responded, "I'm thinking about it." That's something he's done in previous election cycles, but he has never been a candidate for the White House.

Ventura, governor from 1999 through 2002 and earlier a pro wrestler as Jesse "The Body" Ventura, currently hosts "Conspiracy Theory" on the truTV network.

His new book, Democrips and Rebloodlicans is a New York Times Bestseller, and compares the two party system in this country to the notorious street gangs, the Crips and the Bloods - citing that politicians these days are no more than gang members wearing Brooks Brothers suits who will not allow any other political party a foothold in government. He believes that the system is now so corrupt, the only way to put this country back on track to where it belongs as a Democratic Republic, is to do away with the two party system as we know it.

The Next Trillion Dollar Industry

Al Jazeera World - Beyond the Walls

You can choose to believe this or not. Pray that you don't have to find out first hand.

Not to digress from the subject of this well detailed documentary about Arab and Palestinian captives who were imprisoned for at least a decade in Israel, and their effort to adapt to life after their release, I submit the following;

It is not beyond the realm of possibility that this fate awaits innocent Americans who the US Government arbitrarily deems to be "enemy's of the state", "domestic terrorists", or any number of other characterizations of anti-American activity.

With laws already in place that give the Government power to indefinitely hold detainees without having to formally charge them with a crime, language contained in the National Defense Authorization Act, this could very well be a story of the difficulties we could face...

It is with that in mind that I urge you to view this video - and should it motivate you to take a stand - or get you to think about how this NDAA can be used in this country currently led by megalomaniacs whose purpose is to enslave you into life long servitude (debt), then I feel that I've done something to spread the message in an intelligent common sense way.

I once spent four months in a jail cell, accused of a crime which i did not commit, and being unable and unwilling to post a $300k bond, I awaited the opportunity for my day in court and seek the justice I deserved - and be set free. During those 160 days, the State Attorney made plea offers several times, yet refused to look further into the case until the trial date -(in which it would have been clear early on that I was falsely charged). I refused to plead to something I was not guilty of - and I, at least knowing what I was charged with, knowing the date of my upcoming trial, chose to wait it out, certain that I would walk out a free man. In my cell of 8, I was the only one certain! Still, during those 160 days, I experienced first hand the treatment afforded to all inmates (the convicted and those like myself, "presumed innocent" awaiting trial) - There was no deferential treatment for anyone. We were all treated the same. And in many ways - knowing and feeling the inhumanity of man (I was actually innocent) towards the non convicts by the correctional officers, the staff in general - it was clear that we collectively were seen, not as individuals with rights - but state property. Needless to say, in hindsight this was a great experience and lesson of insight and cold reality - and when it was finally my day - with my attorney - to select a jury, it was then that the State Attorney looked further into the file folder and saw, and without further hesitation - that there was only one thing to do - drop the charges. Which is exactly what they sought to do. They explained to the judge that the complainant had been found guilty of perjury - lying to law enforcement on more than one occasion - and was most unreliable - yet, to save face, and to avoid liability, the judge sheepishly offered to give me time served if I would plead no contest to a reduced charge - a simple misdemeanor. My lawyer objected - demanded that we pick a jury - and only then, did the judge follow the recommendation of the State Attorney - and drop the charges. I was home that evening. I could not get those 4 months back, but then again - I couldn't appreciate either what goes on in a correctional facility any other way.

Now just imagine - being detained indefinitely, with no charge - no trial date - uncertain of your fate altogether. This is what our Government leaders want. With the phenomenon of "private prisons" - there are many with a vested interest in seeking to incarcerate people without thought of guilt or innocence - without thought of Constitutional rights, save for lip service - for the public's edification. So again, I urge you to understand this video - we don't know enough of these peoples individual cases to truly judge their innocence or guilt - but all were eventually set free - and had to re-adjust to a society which on many levels had changed - and on other levels has not...

FREEDOM - It is to be protected - at all costs. There is no price great enough to give FREEDOM up for. There is no price great enough to give our rights as intended by our Founding Fathers up for.

THE PERFECT DUET! ADELE & ANGIE VAZQUEZ

THE DUET!
ADELE & VAZQUEZ SOUNDS feat. ANGIE VAZQUEZ

"ROLLING IN THE DEEP"

SME  (Sony Music Entertainment)
WON'T ALLOW IT TO BE PLAYED ON YOUTUBE
IN NORTH AMERICA
OR RUSSIA OR SOUTH AMERICA

so here it is!

BEST VIEWED FULLSCREEN

This video is for EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY - NO COPYRIGHT INFRINGMENT WHATSOEVER!

What I show here is a PERFECT COVER SONG and SINGER that fits nicely over the original RECORDING. So nice in fact, that without any gimmick, autotune, or studio trick - the cover song reproduces the original perfectly in terms of pitch and tempo. I was amazed to see this little girl Angie Velazquez reproduce so perfectly - the harmony - that it's hard to tell when overlaying the two videos which performer is singing at any given moment. I mixdown the two songtracks intending to find flaws in beat timing and pitch - and found none. Both are recorded @105BPM and in the same key. So what you have here is a cover song done perfectly as the original . I alternated between Adele and Angie on vocals throughout the song - and although both are moving their lips throughout, see if you can figure out who is singing when!

In editing, I could have done video cutaways to the actual singer of each part - but because this is not for purely entertainment purposes, I chose to leave it all there - as this video project is musicians and vocalists who appreciate seeing the PERFECT COVER song, if they haven't seen one already.

Now when I say perfect, I mean technically, as all song stylists know, you bring yourself to the music whatever it is and brand it with your own gifts and talents.

PRESENTED UNDER THE CODE FOR FAIR USE AND NOT FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES WHATSOEVER.
