I guess you can say VP Joe Biden used all available minutes, even if they weren't his own during the "debate" Thursday night against Republican candidate Paul Ryan. When Ryan spoke, Biden laughed, grimaced, chuckled or rolled his eyes - and the camera picked up on every gesture.
Biden, the seasoned performer with decades of politicking and as some
might say, "with a few screws loose" did get serious, when it was his
turn to speak. The problem, though, is whether he was believable.
